Composer Yuki Kajiura's project FictionJunction will release a new album on April 19th.
PARADE is the project's third full-length release, coming nine years after elemental. In addition to the usual cadre of FictionJunction vocalists, such as Yuriko Kaida and Kaori Oda, the album will feature new recruits rito and LINO LEIA.
The songs currently confirmed to be on PARADE are from the edge, a "Demon Slayer" tie-up featuring LiSA, and Sokyu no Fanfare, featuring Eir Aoi, ASCA and ReoNa. The latter song, written by Kajiura in honour of the "Sword Art Online" anime franchise's 10th anniversary, will be released as a digital single on October 28th.
PARADE's limited edition will also contain live Blu-ray of unspecified footage from Yuki Kajiura LIVE vol.#16 ~Sing a Song Tour~, filmed in the summer of 2021. Renditions of prelude to ACT1 and Numquam vincar (from "Puella Magi Madoka Magica") can be watched below, followed by highlights from Kajiura's recent vol.#17 ~PARADE~ tour.
