Electro swing duo FAKE TYPE. released FAKE SWING, their first album on a major record label, on November 16th.
Coinciding with the release, they also just unveiled a new music video for the song RAT A TAT WRITER. The video features retro-inspired illustrations by rapper/animator DEMONDICE that are said to perfectly capture the world of electro
swing, which is influenced by vintage music. The movie was created by Rai Rinami.
FAKE SWING is available digitally worldwide now, as well as in three physical editions. The limited edition contains either a Blu-ray disc or a DVD featuring six music videos. The deluxe limited edition is a box set that features a second CD with
instrumental versions of all of the songs and two soft toys based on the characters Ham Danshaku and Iwasake-chan, who often appear in the duo's music videos, as well as the same Blu-ray from the limited edition. The regular edition will be CD-only.
