Yoshino Nanjo will release a new album on December 21st.
Journey's Trunk is the first full-length release from
Nanjo since her departure from trance-pop unit
fripSide in April. The album will contain thirteen tracks, including the singles
EVOLUTiON: and
Hitori to kimito.
The majority of the album's songs were provided by female composers, including yanaginagi, Mayuko Maruyama, Yukari Hashimoto, MICHIRU, Hijiri Anze, Maiko Iuchi, and shilo.
Journey's Trunk also includes a second CD containing self-covers of five 'character songs'
Nanjo originally performed as part of various voice-acting roles. Represented works include "Senki Zessho Symphogear G" and "Love Live! School Idol Festival".
On the same day, Nanjo will also release the Blu-ray Journey's Trunk ~Memorial Music Clips~, a collection of eighteen music videos spanning her ten-year solo career.
