16 year-old singer Tsuzuri released her first digital single Uraomote on May 10th.
Tsuzuri is primarily active online, sharing cover videos of Vocaloid and J-pop songs on platforms like YouTube and TikTok. She made her first YouTube post at the age of 13. Her cover of Ado's Odo, recorded solely using her iPhone,
garnered 700,000 views, and she has already amassed 50,000 YouTube subscribers. She sings songs from a wide range of genres, from dark tunes to pop and dance tracks, all while managing her academic responsibilities. Additionally,
she is a member of the high school unit GooDrug.
Beyond singing, she showcases her talents in areas such as illustration and video editing.
Tsuzuri’s major debut came with her performance of the opening theme song for the anime series “The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses".
Uraomote was composed and arranged by Giga, a sound creator known for hits such as Odo and CH4NGE, with lyrics by Dios vocalist Tanaka (previously known as Boku no Lyric no Boyomi). The jacket art was drawn by the illustrator
Tabun-ningen.
