IMP., a boy group signed to Hideaki Takizawa's entertainment company TOBE, will release its first CD single on November 8th.
CRUSIN' / IMP. will be a double A-side single containing the two title songs, which have already been released digitally worldwide. It will be available exclusively from TOBE’s official store in
three editions, with each featuring a slightly different tracklist.
Limited Edition A will add a third track titled The Core, as well as a Blu-ray disc with special interviews and the director's editions of the music videos for the two title songs. Limited Edition B, on the other hand, will feature How good we are as
its third track and its Blu-ray will contain behind the scenes footage for the two MVs instead. The CD-only regular edition will contain two different songs titled Backbeat and Into The Wild.
In addition, it was recently announced that IMP. will be taking part in the second installment of SKY-HI's D.U.N.K. project,
which aims to bring together dance and vocal performers from different companies, countries and genres. They will perform during the D.U.N.K. Showcase at KYOCERA DOME OSAKA on December 2nd. Other acts performing at the event will include SKY-HI himself,
his company BMSG's boy group BE:FIRST, &TEAM and K-pop group ATEEZ. Details on the event are available here.
IMP. is a seven-member boy group that joined TOBE on July 17th this year. The members, Minato Matsui,
Takuya Kageyama, Taiga Suzuki, Arata Sato, Shunsuke Motoi, Taiga Tsubaki and Yuki Yokohara, were formally active as the Johnny’s Jr. unit IMPACTors.
They officially began activities under that name in 2020, and they graduated from Johnny & Associates this May.
