New Album from RAY

Shoegaze idol group RAY will release a new album on October 18th.

Their third in total, Camellia will contain 11 tracks. The lead song, Kayoubi no ame, was written by downy's Robin Aoki, and it features ex-NUMBER GIRL member Kentaro Nakao on bass, BOBO on drums and Kengo Matsumoto from THE NOVEMBERS on guitar.

Other songwriters who contributed to the release include Mav from For Tracy Hyde, ishikawa from my dead girlfriend, Yuusuke Hata from cryuff in the bedroom and Azusa Suga from AprilBlue. Several tracks also feature JUN YOKOE from PLASTICZOOMS on bass.

Eager fans won’t have to wait until the 18th to hear the album, as the full release has been uploaded to YouTube for a limited time.
