Tepa Roucci Releases New Single and Unveils "Alright (feat. EASTA)" Music Video

Rapper Tepa Roucci recently released a new digital single and unveiled the music video for "Alright", a song from his first album "Manic Depression" featuring EASTA.

Rapper Tepa Roucci released a new digital single on April 14th.

Titled Ain’t Scared, the song comes just a month after his first full album Manic Depression, which hit streaming platforms on March 15th. The single is said to have a hard trap beat and feature lyrics that express his current feelings.

In addition, he recently unveiled a new music video for Alright, a song from Manic Depression featuring EASTA. The MV was directed by Kai Yoshihara.

Tepa Roucci was born in Tokyo, but moved to Uganda with his family at the age of five. He returned to Japan at 15 and began making music at 18. He is signed to the label Boomin on My West, which is home to artists such as EASTA and KVGGLV.

Recently, he was one of 40 contestants selected to advance from the video application round to the “SELECTION CYPHER” of ABEMA’s hip-hop audition show “RAPSTAR 2024”. Footage of his performance from the “SELECTION CYPHER” stage and full episodes of “RAPSTAR 2024” are available for streaming for free here on ABEMA. The next stage of the show will see the judges reduce the number of contestants from 40 to 12.
