New Collaboration Single from m-flo and Maya

m-flo digitally released their first new song since 2020 on July 31st.

HyperNova is credited to "m-flo loves Maya", in the same tradition as the group's previous collaborations with guest vocalists.

The single's title track features additional production work by rapper Novel Core, who also co-wrote the lyrics alongside VERBAL and Maya.

Maya is a 16-year-old singer based in the United States who first came to public attention via TikTok. She made her recording debut back in March, as the featured vocalist on composer Yoko Kanno's self-cover of Blue — a song originally produced for "Cowboy Bebop" — for a Honda advertising campaign.
