Shibutani Subaru will release a new album on October 16th.
Titled Lov U, the album will be released on the major label TOY'S FACTORY, which Shibutani announced he signed to earlier this year. Its 12 tracks will include love songs penned by a diverse line-up of artists and creators, such
as Canada-based songwriter micca and THE CHARM PARK, as well as a track he composed himself called First Song.
The album will be available in two editions. The regular edition will be CD-only, while the limited edition will feature a photo book and a bonus Blu-ray disc with special one-shot videos for Ningen sanka, behind the scenes footage from
Lov U and the shoots for the art work and music video, as well as a special interview.
The music video for the title track from Lov U will be premiering on YouTube at 8:00am (EST) on October 16th. Fans can set a reminder here.
