Kawamura Ryuichi (solo artist and vocalist of
Tourbillon) will be singing the Japanese National Anthem on October 22nd for the opening ceremonies of the
7th Grand Prix D1 series in Fuji Speedway.
And, in celebration of the 10th anniversary of his solo career, he'll hold a tour called
HOLY SONGS 2006 "brillante". The odd fact about this tour is that it's not your usual tour as he'll be appearing at three venues and fans will be given the opportunity to have tea or dinner with him for a very high price. Though it's not a one-on-one event, it will be quiet and intimate nonetheless. The information is as follows:
December 20th - HYATT REGENCY HOTEL in Osaka
December 22nd - Westin Nagoya CASTLE (dinner only)
December 24th - Hotel Nikko Tokyo
Tea with
Ryuichi will cost 18,000 yen (approx. $151 USD/124 Euros) while dinner will be 37,000 yen (approx. $310 USD/247 Euros). Please note that the actual exchange rate will vary by the day and that the figures shown are for approximate references only.
Then, on December 31st, he'll hold a "normal" live in Tokyo Kokusai Forum All A. For more information, please visit his
official site.
