RIP SLYME's Summer Single & DVD

RIP SLYME will release Taiyou to Bikini (kari) on July 30th. The single is set to feature three tracks, the title song described as "RIP meets The Beach Boys". The second track, Supa Sonic, will be used as the CM song for Kirin Beverages sport drink, SoniQ, during the month of June. Lastly, SPLASH will be used as the song for the latest men's cosmetics commercial by AXE.

RIP SLYME has also announced the release of a new live DVD, RIP SLYME FUNFAIR TOUR FINAL at BUDOKAN, which will go on sale July 16th. The tour, which started on November 23, 2007, saw the group perform in front of an estimated 60,000 people over thirteen performance at ten locations throughout Japan. The DVD will center on their performance at Nippon Budokan on January 4, 2008 and will feature footage of Remember feat. MONGOL800 plus more.
