Versailles Chooses New Name For the USA

Versailles has now chosen the name the band will operate under for their activities in the USA. Having received many suggestions from their adoring fans, the band members combine a couple to come up with the name Versailles -Philharmonic Quintet-. The name not only uses the original band name, but also uses "philharmonic" to allude to a love of harmony and "quintet" to reference the five members of the band. As a note, the band will still use just Versailles for their activities and releases outside of the USA.

Along with the announcement of the new name, HearJapan has announced the release of the band's first single release using the name. PRINCE can be downloaded from HearJapan for free as a thank you from the band for all of the suggestions fans offered toward their name change. HearJapan states that by downloading the new song through their site, the location it is being downloaded from will be logged to aid in future tour planning!
