ACID Transforms into Needless Lyrics

Rock band ACID, who had been on a break since their vocalist and one of their guitarists left in September 2008, already announced to be changing their name to Needless Lyrics a few months ago. Now, they have officially changed to Needless Lyrics.

Their official homepage informs us that the line-up consists of four people now: guitarist Daisuke, bassist Yuta and drummer Sei-ichiro. A fourth member is also portrayed on their homepage, but his name is currently unknown.

The brand-new band has already announced a release, namely a self-titled album of eleven tracks, which will come out on May 13.
