DSP confirms the end of A'ST1

DSP Media Agency confirmed in a telephone interview that the group A'ST1 disbanded. "Members will now follow their own paths", said the representative. Questions about the possible reasons for the break up were avoided.

On November 27, the group’s leader Park JungJin wrote on the official fan club’s website that the group is disbanding. "I also find it hard to believe. Sorry. Currently, the members are doing well, each one working hard wherever they are. Thank you all, you were our strength and we love you".

The group, formed by Korean members Park JungJin, Seong InGyu, Im HanByul, Byun JangMoon, the Chinese Haiming and the Japanese Tomo, debuted in 2008 with the song 1234BACK. Their last joint activity was the single Dynamite, released in April this year.
