British Jpop Star to Headline Japan Underground's Third London Event

The popular Tokyo-style clubnight, Japan Underground returns with a British-born Jpop artist headlining

Japan Underground has been gaining prominence since its launch last November and now it is back for a third time in London. On 28th May, this clubnight will once more seek to bring a flavour of Tokyo to the London nightlife scene.

The headliner this time is rather unusual, a British-born artist, Bentley Jones, who has a pedigree of working with major Western artists like Britney Spears, Cheryl Cole and urban act N-Dubz. He has since become the first British artist to sign to a major label in Japan and now for the first time he will perform material from his new Japanese album, TRANS//LATION 2.

Bentley Jones will be joined by violinist Masa Futagami, who will be playing a session of video-game music from the games "Final Fantasy" "Mario" and "Zelda" among others.

Tickets cost £6 and are available from We got tickets.com.
