Two Albums from Akino Arai

Singer Akino Arai will release two albums in April 2012. Having recently announced the release of a new album titled RuRu Chapeau for November 23rd, the singer has already revealed two more albums set for next year.

Currently titled Blue Planet and Red Planet, the albums will come out on the same day, though an exact release date has not yet been given. They will both feature fourteen tracks, with one serving as a best-of release, including all of the artist's singles plus one new song, while the second will only contain new songs. Akino Arai has announced that graphic artist Kinpro, known for his minimalist work inspired by nature, will design the booklet and the cover of at least one of these albums. Further information about the albums is expected closer to their release.

In addition to this, the singer will hold one concert in Osaka and one in Tokyo on December 10th and 11th respectively, as a part of her Akino Arai Live 2011 « White Planet » tour.
